Handover to new Chairman of the Supervisory Board: Dr Alexander von Boch-Galhau hands over to Andreas Schmid

Dr Alexander von Boch-Galhau has resigned as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Villeroy & Boch AG at the end of the coming Annual Shareholders’ Meeting 2021 and will then hand over this function to Andreas Schmid. Dr Alexander von Boch-Galhau had taken over as Chairman on an interim basis following the departure of Yves Elsen from the Supervisory Board at the end of 2019. He will remain on
