Perfect for the cooking professional at home – Steel Expert Compact for smaller kitchens and sinks under wall cupboards

Cooking like the pros is a key trend. Any keen amateur chef who enjoys preparing restaurant-style cuisine at home needs a fully equipped kitchen with a professional standard cooker, tableware, knives, kitchen appliances and sink. Villeroy & Boch’s successful Steel Expert series offers the perfect taps and fittings to complete the effect. In 2019, the series has been expanded to include the new Steel Expert Compact, opening up even greater flexibility and versatility for smaller kitchens or sinks under wall cupboards.

With its projection of 535 mm, the impressive Steel Expert tap is not suitable for use on sinks under wall units, which are generally mounted with a gap of around 500 mm. To meet this requirement, Villeroy & Boch has now developed the smaller Steel Expert Compact model, with a height of just 400 mm to ensure maximum comfort and convenience even in more restricted installation scenarios.

Steel Expert Compact is made from high-quality robust stainless steel and feature an adjustable hand spray. A switch on the spray head allows you to choose either a gentle, non-splash laminar flow or a practical spray to easily remove residue from even very large pots and pans or baking trays for thorough cleaning. It also impresses with practical details: a magnetic support allows easy attachment of the spray head. The clip is reinforced to stop the spray head from falling into the sink. For an additional colourful highlight in the sink area, Steel Expert is also available in the new on-trend surface finish of Anthracite.
