Located in the heart of South Tyrolean mountain landscapes above the town of Merano, the family-run Hotel Chalet Mirabell in Hafling invites guests to enjoy relaxing and luxurious breaks in a natural alpine environment. The 5-star wellness hotel has over 70 bedrooms and suites, as well as four exclusive mountain villas offering a perfect fusion of spaciousness, style and modern comfort.

Sustainability is an important concern too: the hotel uses photovoltaic systems to meet all its energy requirements. The entire indoor area is fitted with energy-efficient underfloor heating, the water for flushing toilets and watering the 10,000 square metres of green spaces comes from the hotel’s own spring or a 20,000 litre rainwater tank.

Wellness and fine dining

The Hotel Chalet Mirabell is a member of Belvita Leading Wellnesshotels Südtirol. Its 6,000 square metre wellness area features different saunas, steams baths, relaxation lounges and a water area with an indoor and outdoor pool and natural bathing pond. There is also a fitness area where additional beauty, fitness and exercise services can be booked.

The Chalet Mirabell impresses with its cuisine too: as well as the Belvita gourmet label, the restaurant is also recommended by Gault Millau and the Michelin Guide. The kitchen team uses regional produce for its dishes wherever possible, ideally in organic quality.

Interior design and Villeroy & Boch tableware

The accessible hotel features an elegant interior design with stylish details. Custom-made solid wood furniture in aged spruce, Swiss pine and ancient oak add an authentic elegant and rustic charm to the modern atmosphere. The selected Villeroy & Boch tableware collections complete the effect.

With its round shape, the Stella collection looks both delicate and elegant. The crockery items in premium bone porcelain are delicate and light and convey a soft transparency in brilliant gently shimmering white. Each piece also has very high chip resistance. This makes the Stella series ideal for prestigious fine dining – from breakfast to the show-kitchen lunch, the gourmet dinner or buffet.

Featuring a simple design with an embossed surface inspired by the typical textures of natural slate, the hotel series The Rock provides a confident contrast. In deep matt black slate, the premium porcelain is a striking counterpart to the brilliant white Stella. The coloured-through pieces and a special glaze give The Rock all the advantages of ceramic combined with an appearance almost identical to real slate.

All ceramic items in the Stella and The Rock series are dishwasher-safe and microwave-safe and therefore also meet the functional requirements of demanding hotels and restaurants. The extensive ranges include a wide selection of pieces for attractive table and buffet settings.
