Architectura: new large ceramic sink for 80 cm base units
If you are looking for a modern ceramic kitchen sink allowing scope for personalised design options, the Architectura series from Villeroy & Boch is the perfect choice. Featuring a contemporary twist on classic design, Architectura sinks coordinate harmoniously with different interior design styles and are a pleasure to use. A new, generously proportioned, model is now joining the Architectura 50, Architectura 60 and Architectura 60 XR (with a half bowl): the Architectura 80, with two large closable basins provides lots of extra space for work around the kitchen sink.
Thanks to the harmonious basin shape and a large drainage area with practical grooves, all Architectura models provide a high level of functionality. The main basin, available with either a manually operated or pop-up waste outlet, has enough space to handle even large pans, pots and vases. The series is suitable for surface-mounted installation, with the basin installed on either the left or right side. This opens up flexible solutions for the sink area in almost any space scenario, including for left-handed users.
Architectura kitchen sinks are made from high-quality ceramic, making them very resistant to both heat and cold. You can place hot pans or frozen food on a ceramic sink with complete peace of mind and everyday household acids will leave no marks. The CeramicPlus finish also ensures hygiene and easy cleaning.
If you would like to coordinate your Architectura sink with your kitchen colour scheme, you can choose from 13 contemporary ceramic shades, including the new matt Stone White in the innovative TitanGlaze.
High-quality, precisely fitting accessories allowing you to prepare food directly at the sink add the finishing touch to the Architectura range. The selection includes a 1/3 steam bowl positioned lengthways in the half bowl and diagonally in the main basin, a universal chopping board made from solid oiled beech, a roll-up rack, a wire basket and an integrated strainer bowl.
