A brand to see and hear: Visitors can now explore the Villeroy & Boch World with a new audio guide
The Villeroy & Boch World now offers visitors the chance to delve even deeper into the history of the brand and the company: with the new audio guide, they can explore the exhibition’s highlights in German, English or French.
The audio guide is included in the admission ticket; a service charge of one euro is levied on site for cleaning and maintenance. It guides visitors through the world of Villeroy & Boch in a narrative style. At each stop, background information, anecdotes and interesting facts from over 275 years of company history are automatically played. Thanks to the easy-to-follow narrative style, the tour becomes an exciting journey through design, craftsmanship and innovative spirit
“We want to make a visit to the Villeroy & Boch World a special and interactive experience. The new audio guide is a valuable addition to this,” explains Claudia Knaupp, Executive Vice President Marketing Dining & Lifestyle and Global Branding at Villeroy & Boch. “Our guests can now delve even deeper into the fascinating history of our company and the world of our products – with exciting stories, exclusive insights and interesting facts, completely flexibly and at their own pace.”
The device impresses with its intuitive operation. Thanks to Braille on the buttons, the guide is also easily accessible to people with visual impairments. The comfortable headphones also feature an integrated induction loop for hearing aid users. The combination of hearing and seeing thus opens up new ways of experiencing the exhibition. Visitors immerse themselves even more deeply in the brand world and experience the world of Villeroy & Boch in a new, personal way.
